Drafting or Reviewing AI Notices and AI Policies
AI notices and AI policies help individuals make informed decisions on how to use AI systems in a responsible, ethical, and educated manner. Under the EU AI Act, organisations developing, implementing, manufacturing and distributing AI systems are bound by information obligations. These obligations stem from the principles of accountability, transparency and the duty to inform found in many data protection laws, including the GDPR.
We understand that complying with the information obligations applicable to your organisation can be a daunting exercise especially because you must first determine whether your organisation is an AI developer or implementer in order to determine the specific information it is required to provide. We support organisations in fulfilling their duty to inform by assessing what category they fall under, gathering the necessary information required by law and drafting AI privacy notices which contain the relevant information.
TechGDPR is able to help with drafting AI notices and policies or improving and reviewing existing AI notices and policies.
