Edda Pernice

Edda Pernice (LL.M., AIGP, CIPP/E) is a Data Protection Consultant at TechGDPR. She works on the firm’s Data Protection Officer mandates for regulated and high-risk technology companies, including a licensed payment institution and blockchain infrastructure providers, and serves as a day-to-day contact for clients’ legal, compliance and security teams.

Edda’s practical areas of expertise include compliance gap assessments, development and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities, handling of data breaches and security incidents, vendor and processor assessments, and review of compliance documentation. Her client work spans fintech and payments, digital identity, blockchain and crypto, as well as the medical, app development and analytics sectors. Edda holds a Master of Laws in International Technology Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and is a certified OneTrust Privacy Professional. Before joining TechGDPR she worked in legal practice in the UK, where she gained strong skills in drafting, case management and client communication.
